today was balloon distribution day for breadtalk 9th anniversary at causeway point. it was FUN!! but PAINFUL (for fingers)... haha every key that i press now to type this entry is hurting my fingers... but oh well, i promised to revive this blog! haha... and today is interesting enough to blog abt :)

at first i was quite disappointed that it was so far... and different from ailin and minqi who got amk hub. BUT reteard no.2 joined me in balloon distributing at causeway point in the end! yay! haha... so we started at 12 and oh my, balloons are ultra hard to tie! i was so stressed caus sandra, the other person at cwp, was so experienced with pumping and tying the balloons caus she once worked at macs before! when she finished three, i was still at my first. and this uncle is like, aiya so slow one, you take from her [pointing to sandra] then i was totally like S~T~R~E~S~S. caus we were given the target of 800 in 4 hours, we extended the first 2 hours of work into the 2-4 lunchtime so that we make sure we finished 400 before lunch! lucky sandra taught us a new way of attaching the balloon to the cup holder such that we need not tie the balloon at all. its much faster and less painful... we picked up speed and finished 400 in 3 hours 3 mins. lunch was at foodcourt. then back to the so-called-booth to chiong our next 400! which we managed in 2hours 16mins! big improvement k! anyway the kids were all so cute! and of course there were adults asking for balloons as well! they still 童心未泯. and also kids rejecting balloons :( wonder why... haha... there were ppl asking why is it so crowded as well! yes PROMOTION! it made breadtalk's business so good. i doubt they have any second without ppl queueing. haha... but 10 for $9 is really worth it. though busy, the staff there still very nice.... no attitude and always smiling if they see you. hope tmr's balloon business will be as good as today or even better. but means we gonna exceed our own limit. oh we left there sharing 10 bread. the brand manager was so nice to want to treat all of us but of course we didnt accept caus its not one bread that we're buying. so not nice to not pay...

hey peeps! go buy the bread! 10 for $9 and its super nice! i just down 3 with my parents when dinner is still waiting for us... haha... that's how nice it is, even my parents cant resist!!

day 2 of balloon distribution was just as fun! oh no, more fun caus we started shouting to boost breaktalk's business.

haha... and the crowd always come after all the shouting. 3 efficient balloon distributors!! haha actually all the efforts goes to sandra... she super ON! cwp's sales must have been the highest! right, no.2! yea so blowing up the balloons and distributing had been very smooth. maybe caus of the 鼎泰丰 lunch that's waiting for us! with a day's experience, we finished first 400 by 2.05pm and head down to J8. we ate a total of $66.70! sumptuous feast. yes feast. haha... ok la not so kua zhang. but i got to try their 辣椒螃蟹小笼包 which is only available till 31st aug! their 芋泥小笼包 is darn good too. must try. since sandra is the hr of 鼎泰丰, we heard many interesting stories that goes on when recruiting staff... haha. shall not say anything here. after lunch we were back to cwp and amazingly, we finished the last 400 in the fastest time ever. we had sometime to laze ard after that caus all the flyers had been given out alr. bought 10bread home caus the 3 from sat werent enough. and another 20 on the last day of promotion. wonder how many breaktalk bread still inside me. haha!

not too bad... we had two meetups so far... although not long.... but worth the travelling and all... yea thanks retard no.2 for the 3 photos + 1 irrelevant picture... haha.... hais.... now that we have all accepted the uni offers, i will only get to see retard no.2 ard in uni, hopefully =( the rest are going ntu, smu, sim......... hais.... and for that, we must have more gatherings in the future!! ok guys? and of course more when yuhsiu and agnes return and before uni starts for all of us...

anyway tdy retard no.3 and i went to ecp to cycle! yea just the two of us.... kind of stupid caus we didnt know it was postponed and we didnt double check with retard no.2 / nic... haha but had a good 1.5hr ride, with retard no.3 giving me advises along the way.... THANKS =D and was only $12 in total for 2 hrs each. but our buttsssssss were hurting! had a good workout.... but followed by unhealthy lunch at ljs, PS. haha and we thought of our next gathering activity!! shall be bowling.... what you think retard no.2?

HELLO RETARDS!!!! sorry sorry havent been updating here for long. hahahaha work's been pretty busy these days. past few days i have been standing in front of the photocopying machine for the whole day. killed lots of trees in the meantime. hahaha

anw, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR retards!! yay! holiday for us! wheee =) mine was a half day today. ended work at 1230. hehehex. i've like lots of updating to do lar. and some calling too! and yes retard no.2! i always stumbled over my words. hahaha. but i hate calling the postman. i tell you all ar, the speedpost thing is like damn irritating. it's sometime last week i think. i called for the postman to come before 12. wait until 1 still havent come yet. so i tried to call back to enquire abt it. then stupid customer service officers are all busy lar. i cldnt reach them until only the next day leh. then i rebook my delivery again. when the postman came, he says he came at 1215 that time, but the contact no last three numbers he called 111 when i told the operators it's 134. irritating right. haha the postman also complain to me abt the customer service officers. lousy lar. somemore there's a few times the hotline cant even get through at all. lol. that's why i hate calling. hahaha

oh no.... retards' blog is dying! sorry haven't been able to blog ever since work started!! i am sitting at such a public place i dont dare to do anything besides visiting the company's website and doing work-related stuff! so i can only post during weekends... yup so abt my work!

hmm... starting to like it... first day was just scary, nervous and worried. caus recep ma have to handle calls... then the caller can ask anything under the sun and i have no idea who i should put them to... the first call already got scolded by caller... and also arh there will be ppl calling from overseas de and i can never understand their accent! then the ringing of the phone like ambulance siren like that... after 4 days of work, i still get shocks whenever it rings!!! my heart cant take it any more... haha... then a lot saikang also... like office upkeep... clear food in conference room after any meetings... post lettters... collect mails... refill stuff if stock is running low... refill paper in photocopier... and many more... then also got admin stuff, attend to walk in visitors or courier guys... well i must say all the courier people are very friendly and funny!!! haha... and my company got a lot of pregnant ladies! one of them reminds me of mrs chow! if you all still rmb, our sec 3 amaths teacher... tall and skinny... and pregnant... haha... besides the person who is teaching and assigning me work, there's also this very nice lady... anyway ytd was the best day of work so far caus ppl friendlier... maybe caus ytd was friday, everyone's in a better mood and became friendlier... if that is true then how practical... but ya i am indeed starting to like my work... the only bad thing is i am sitting in such a public place and yet i dont get to interact much with any one of them caus there isnt a single soul sitting near me! they are all sitting very inside at very private place... hais...

actually its more advisable that you all dont read it la hor... its for my own remembrance! [oops, i am treating it as if its my own blog] haha ya so there may be facts that wouldnt be understandable.

i took up this jc tuition flyer distribution job. so i went back to nj on mon and tues. [retard no.3, i saw your boyboy!] thats why i had to wake up early and been having insufficient sleep! have to catch the students before morning assembly. the response was good la. acceptable. but boring. after the 2 distributions i had 70 flyers left. i sort of felt like giving up so wed and thurs was slacking for me. then i decided i shall not drag the distribution any longer! so i went to SA today! the kids had new prettier house shirts! haha there was another distribution at the start of the SA bridge when i reached and another near the busstop when i left! and if i said the response at NJ was good, the response at SA was excellent. i was the first to leave leh! and the other 2 distributors were still there. the students were much much much nicer... [thats why my heart is still with SA and not NJ if you retards know] and caus i was giving out at the other end of the bridge near the gate, there was this bicycle parked beside where i stood. this auntie, the owner, came and while she was unlocking her bicyle saw 2 students walking past behind me, she quickly said: 'give to them! give to them!' haha and they took! funny auntie... then there was this guy whom i gave the wrong flyer to caus this piece of paper [with instructions on flyer distribution] is in between my stack of flyers. after i realised i quickly called out to him and gave him the correct one! so paiseh! haha and when i finished, its only 0716 and lots of students were still streaming in... but i was damn happy caus i finished and its the only accomplishment in 1.5months since after A's!

muahahahahaha...... i am employed too!!!! =D yay! haha let me tell you all the story of retard no.1 on her way to being employed! yea so i went for interview today. i think it got screwed up towards the end caus the interviewer didnt look very please... haha... and she said she interviewed someone from nj too before mine and immediately i was thinking if its annabel since i saw her at the typing test yesterday... but of course i didnt ask... then after mine she's having another interview with someone whom she said has more experience... so i thought, then she surely wont choose me de... how i know i got home and at 3 plus i got a call from my agent!!! she told me i got chosen... but you see, i was more inclined to the SPH job caus i can walk there from my house... but today's de although at thomson, which is near my house too, i have to change from mrt to bus! very troublesome and costly!!!! so i told her i am more inclined to the SPH job but she told me SPH closed the job opening le!! earlier in the morning when i called her after my interview to give her feedback abt it, i got ask her too. she said SPH wanted interview with me today but since i got another interview, they'll arrange another day. but now? no more!!! quite sad... the SPH job would be good... and i like typing... haha after ytd's test, i realised its fun... oh the test is transforming the hardcopy into softcopy in half an hour's time... but yup i accepted the thomson's job. it'll be good!! so i went down to sign contract at recruit express. just back.

i guess today's my lucky day! caus i got a job, replies from tuition agency and another job offer from another agent which i rejected lo since i signed contract le... i feel quite bad rejecting the 2nd agent... and i've yet to call my third agent to tell her i've got a job and the tampines one i cant take up le...

hoho i am here to blog about our sleepover! haha i guess retard no.2 and no.3 is going to blog it on their own blogs! havent visited their blogs since sleepover so not sure about it...

yay so we had our 1st ever sleepover at retard no.3's house! so much fun baking oreo cheesecake although our crust went chao4 da1! and we had to make the crust all over again... crushing the oreo biscuits isnt as easy as it looks k! right retard no.2? and retard no.3 was in charge of preparing the cream cheese part! i guess she did have some difficult time too at the beginning when the cream cheese was still not soft yet... the oreo was so tempting caus we were so hungry! anyway this is my first time baking leh! erm if you dont consider those home econs years in sec sch... ya! retard no.2 and no.3, be honoured! my di4 yi1 ci4 xian4 gei3 le4 ni3 men2!

then we went for dinner [finally] when we're done baking and at the same time to meet nicole at the busstop. shuqin came quite late and bought donuts for us! we played the pig-version-heart-attack and retard no.2 was so good! of course she ended up being the winner staying as a 2nd grade pig. and i MUST say shuqin was good too... so good at being her normal self that i thought she's really serious and blur... haha while retard no.3 and me actually retardedly initiate a conversation, more than once, with nicole who is in a lower grade than us... hmm... anymore retarded stuff? oh yes... i was asked to hug a tree on the way to lakeside mrt to fetch shuqin after dinner.... nice one retard no.2... i didnt know you would carry your cam ard... even to dinner....

haha talking about us, it all began on wednesday... we were supposed to be at ecp cycling, but it was raining... wow! nvm, we took 155 from tpy which lasted more than an hour can! and it didnt even exactly land us at ecp. we had to walk from vs to the underpass, thru the underpass before reaching ecp. it was so cold.......... and still drizzling so we decided to walk to macs which was at the other end of ecp. seeing an empty shelter, we just went in caus macs was way too far away.... at first we were just resting then retard no.2 swee started doing retarded stuff... probably got influenced by the retarded me on the bus! hahaha.... and retard no.3 yanqin? she got forced by us to become retarded too! haha... so each of us got our own retarded pose captured in retard no.2's cam! anyway the best part was when we did those jump shots! there was a constipated one and that was when we officially become the three retards... yea.... so interesting!
